When it comes to picking up a few new accessories for the fall season, I’m a big believer in pieces that work as collectibles, but—and this is an important but—they should also pull double duty and be just as good off the body as on. Take Aurélie Biedermann’s wheat husk necklace. Or Givenchy’s classic pump with a sliver of gold around the ankle—it’s museum-worthy. From bags to bracelets and wedges to Wellies, the options are endless (as is how to wear them). Look at the clutch, for example.
